Daniel is the principal osteopath at Payne Osteopathy, having started Payne Osteopathy in March 2022. He has worked as an Osteopath in the Geelong and Surf Coast region since 2013.
Daniel combines both direct and indirect osteopath techniques to find the best approach that works for his patients. He sees each patient as an individual and is extremely motivated to help them find their path to better health.
He has undertaken pilates extensively over the years, and is extremely motivated to help his patients develop self management strategies, so their pain does not persist. He has worked closely with his sister Emily Payne, owner of Payne Therapies Clinic, for over 10 years. Payne Therapies offers clinical pilates, myotherapy and massage therapy.
Having been a top level athlete as a junior, Daniel has gained further knowledge with treating many different kinds of sporting injuries. He currently plays pennant tennis, likes to go for a run and has just started dabbling in golf. He will gladly talk about anything to do with just about any sport there is.
Daniel has a love of travelling and was fortunate enough to travel to Kenya and India during his final year of study to undertake extra professional development.
